one year

A year ago today I resigned from a job that I loved but could no longer participate in.

A year ago today we walked away from the church we had been a part of for 18 years, the church we had been a part of since before we got married, the only church home our kids had ever known.

A year ago today time seemed to stand still as I drafted the letter that would end my employment of 13 years, our church home of 18 years, friendships a decade or more old, and so much more.

I think that's all I can write for now.

    Mary, my Dear... You are a child of God - a wife to Gary - a mom to 4 amazing kids and Love is still Greater than fear! Some things are unchangeable. Love you!!
